I would not recommend going here if you want anything other than a basic color on your nails. I asked for a simple design and the staff acted like I committed a crime. They did not execute what I asked for and then proceeded to charge me two times the price that was listed on the price list. It's not far from the picture I provided but I asked if he could do the shape a bit smaller and he said "that was too tough" I was told the design would be an extra 5$. My mother and I came to Jasper nails to get pedicures, and me and set of nails. They sat my mom down to start her pedicure and me to start my nails. I asked for very short round nails with a pearl base and blue stars. I attached the picture I showed them, and what I left the salon with. At one point while getting the nails shaped I asked if he could cut them shorter for me. He told me "no any shorter will look very ugly". I also heard my mother from across the salon telling the guy to stop cutting her cuticle so close because it was hurting her. Of the 20 nails serviced at this salon 3 came back ingrown. I would have asked her to start over on my nails had my mother not dropped a bottle of nail polish. It broke and got everywhere, but they were very nice about it, even offering to fix it for her. Little did we know the repainting would cost and extra $10 on our bill. read more

They lady that originally did my nails was good. But I sat under dryer for 45 minutes plus. Another lady checked one nail said if was o.k. but when I tried to check out with her repeating amount, nails were not dried, they were smearing. She said she fixed them. Sat under nail dryer another 20 minutes. I was so mad & frustrated by then. Nails look like crap. I'll just deal with it. Will not go back to them again. read more

Well the lady was nice but my nails don't look too good. The white tips are very thick and flat. I was expecting it to be good but when I looked I was disappointed, but I gave 4 stars because they have fast service and my nails are normally done well. read more
