My husband and I had a wonderful experience. We mistakenly took a cab from Tampa International Airport to Clearwater Hilton. We did not want to make the same unsettling ride so we asked Hilton staff for a suggestion. Jaunt Services was suggested by name of the owners, Roger and Nicki. We booked the day before we wanted to go to the airport. We were picked up as planned. Roger came with the new driver, introduced us, and showed the new driver (Alberto) how to process credit/debit. Alberto was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the area and made suggestions for any future visits. He seemed a very safe driver. The vehicle was very nice, Mercedes GLK 350. Just got back from my stay at Innisbrook Golf Resort. While my friends and I were there a gentleman at the resort recommended Jaunt Services for our commuting purposes. I'm very glad we listened. Roger was there at the drop of a dime. He and Nikki took us everywhere we needed to go whether it was to our next tee time, restaurant, bar and airport. They always gave an exact time and were never a minute late. They took us to the supermarket to pick up supplies for the weekend and once even went as far to just pick us up food and deliver it to us. I needed transport to and from a wedding that was 60 miles away for 10 family members. I contacted Nickie and arrangements were made immediately. Roger, our driver, was on time both in picking us up at our house and returning to the wedding location for our return home. After Execucar left us stranded, our hotel recommended Jaunt to take us to the airport. We had to catch a plane mid-morning on New Year's Day and they moved some things around to get us on the route to the airport.
