Prior to my contacting Daniel, the insurance company had tried to reach out to me to settle everything quickly. However, since I didn't want to rush into settling with the insurance company, I waited and asked around to see if anyone could recommend a personal injury lawyer to me. Based on my brother in law's recommendation, I contacted Daniel Lee of C Y Lee Legal group to handle all the legal headaches that were sure to come with the insurance claim. I understood that the whole process could take up to a couple years prior before the insurance company would settle (maybe faster if I were willing to settle for less, which I wasn't).
