I don't know what kinda customer service training is required on HVAC certifications, but the most frustrating thing to do to a possible future customer is to, say your gonna call them, have him wait, and not even answer the phone. I seriously gottta reach out to this guys instructor and let him know about the customer service he's providing when people need him the most.
