They've been in charge of every single major repair and every single maintenance job unless grampa decides he wants to take care of that oil change himself. Even if we bought the car second hand, they've never shown a single sign of pushing us aside. Through the estimate and when we left the car and picked it up for this year's maintenance job/checkup, they made us feel like a valued customer. I also liked the fact that they didn't talk down to me since I wasn't the direct owner of the car or acted like I didn't know anything about cars when I asked about what needed repair and what else was going to be done. The other good thing is that these guys work fast. We left the car on a Friday and by next Thursday, we had been called and it was ready for pickup. Building customer relations is definitely key when you want someone to keep coming back. While anyone can easily go to Banawe to find a talyer to repair your car, having your car repaired at the official Honda service center ensures that the problems WILL be solved. They have the tech that talyers don't have and also superb training. Because repairing cars can get expensive, they offer a diagnosis categorized into what needs to be repaired immediately, what requires moderate attention and what can wait. This way, the customer can manage expenses through the year.

The car wash peeps are easy to spot since they usually help drivers find a parking space and offer their service afterwards. We paid Php110 for our car to be squeaky clean again. It looked good as new because the car wash crew applied wax on the surface. Customers may opt to pay on or before leaving their vehicles but we always pay them before getting inside the mall. For those who chose to pay later, the crew would just leave a receipt on the wiper as a reminder to the owner of the vehicle.
