DON'T BOTHER. The woman and presumed owner, Didi, is a terribly unhappy person and it shows. She is rude, unaccommodating and just awful to work with. I tried to write her attitude off as just "dry", but after placing many orders with her over several years, (because the corporation I work for tries hard to support small, local businesses) it's apparent that she is the last person I want to give business to. We will be seeking other local award shops for future orders. read more

Initially I thought this was a nice family owned business. That is until they allowed a customer to come into contact with my one of a kind trophy. The trophy was broken. Their response was to blame me because I hadn't picked it up. (FYI, it was there 2 weeks and I was gone one of them) That was just the start of their crazy, unbusinesslike behavior. Almost two months later I am now in possession of my trophy. What should have been a simple, pleasant correction of a wrong in reality was a bad trip, which required a letter from an attorney to bring this to resolution.
