I scheduled an appointment for my fiance, Howard Felder, who was experiencing foot pain. He'd been suffering for several weeks but reluctant to visit a doctor, for fear of "aggressive" treatments (ie. injections.) After reading several reviews, I decided to call Dr. Kerner's office. I was able to make an appointment, and he was scheduled to see him in less than a week. The receptionist patiently allowed me to explain his concern, she gave me the website information to have him complete his forms before his visit. On the day of his visit, he was seen promptly. Dr. Kerner examined him and was so informative in explaining his condition, all courses of treatment and their purpose in resolving his pain. He took a the conservative path, using k-tape and a strassburg sock. He demonstrated the exercises and massage techniques he would need to perform and their frequency. He also, without endorsing a specific brand, described the necessary footwear he would need to wear at home (he has specific footwear for work) that would improve his condition. My fiance has had one follow up, thus far, and is steadily improving, sans an injection! We are thankful for the excellent care provided by Dr. Kerner and his staff. read more

There are several reasons I was extremely pleased with my experience: I was able to get an appointment the next day from my call, and do all the paperwork from home before I got there. Everyone was pleasant...from my initial phone call to all the office workers. Quick, efficient, friendly! Dr. Kerner was also friendly and professional. I felt he really cared if I was experiencing any pain or discomfort! He was patient and thorough and I remained at ease. He carefully explained what to do when I got home and I feel confident that I can follow his instructions! I am pleased and I am picky. I will not only return to address some other issues, but I am bringing hubby to address some issues he has as well! Just having come from my first visit with Dr. Kerner, I could not have been more pleased. The receptionist, Angela, was pleasant and helpful. The new patient forms were available to print on line so I could fill them out at my leisure at home and was seen as soon as I got to the office for my visit. Dr. Kerner was efficient and very thorough and willing to answer all of my many questions regarding my injury. X-rays were taken right from my chair and available immediately to review. I was set up for PT scheduled next week and will be able to do that right in his office. All in all it was a very positive experience and I left Dr. Kerner's office with a rock tape bandaged ankle and the confidence that healing is eminent! I would recommend Dr. Kerner highly. read more

Dr. Kerner was highly professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained several at home stretches and activities that would help my foot. Additionally, he provided me with a night brace and special tape to further help my condition. I will begin PT in the office next week. After several days of significant pain, I already feel better knowing I have an answer to my ailment as well as a cohesive plan to get me feeling better as soon as possible. After reading serveral positive reviews, I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kerner. Scheduling was easy and no long wait time. Dr. Kerner was able to treat a cysist I had on the right side of my right foot quickly and efficently while explaining the process, and also informing me how to take care of it after I left the office.
