Some owners close their eyes, but we wanted to address the problem since we were not planning to mice Luckily, we had a contractor friend building in Columbus and Morrow County who highly recommended Chad and Protech. Chad offered several solutions. It did not come cheap, but when you are spending money, you want it done right. Fast forward several years. There was some water coming in the crawl space. Chad quickly saw the drainage pipe not taking the water from the roof into the street. He agreed that hubby could fix that. But we needed more of his special caulk to plug up new cracks. Out to Columbus, he came. Your service charge is applied as a credit to work done. I know nothing about basement work and am leery of those companies you see on late night television. This company did a horrible job sealing my front porch 3 seperate times and sadly I would never let…read morethem come out a 4th time. They pressure washed and sealed with only one coat and from my experience that is far too little to have a lasting product(sealed concrete) that is half exposed to the elements. Which the product they used on my home didnt last 1 year 3 seperate times... pay attention people to how they are installing their products because they dont do all nessecary steps to ensure a lasting product on your home. Over a 1000 dollars wasted after having to remove everything they did to get the finish I should have recieved the first time. Thanks for nothing.
