Save your money! I do not recommend this company! I hired them for their top to bottom cleaning. The charge was $490 and two "technicians" came and were here for 2 hours. When returning home after I was notified the cleaning was done I was pissed. Not sure what they did other than mop my floors and clean two ceiling fans. I asked for half refund and showed the following pictures. They said they do not refund and they would send someone out for a reclean tomorrow. I said tomorrow won't work because I'm getting married this weekend and have friends and family coming into town NOW. I wanted to write a review for this company because I was so happy and thrilled with what a wonderful job they did for me. I had told Calvin, the man that signed me up for these services, that if they did a good job, I would do an honest Yelp for them, so here I am! I was utterly delighted and so happy with the wonderful cleaning job and washing of the windows inside and out that they did for me! The house was sparkling clean, the windows that had not been washed since 2016 were sparkling bright and clean! They gave me an excellent price and I was glad to pay for it as I know how hard it is to actually find good people to do services for you in the desert AND they charge you an arm and a leg on top of it. These guys did exactly what was promised, on time, very polite and customer service was excellent. I am going to keep using them for my rentals and my own home on a regular basis, as they have earned my trust and didn't let me down as we are so used to lately it seems. My cleaner was Cynthia and my window washer was Jeff, so I'd like to give a shout out to them as well. I look forward to working with them in the future as they were honest, did great work at a more then fair price, and I felt very comfortable as I stayed there while they did their thing. Horrible service!!!! First of all, I was lied too by Jennifer I believe she's the receptionist. I asked her a lot of questions regarding their service as this was our family's first time dealing with a company and I'm currently pregnant so I need a lot of help. We scheduled a deep cleaning service as Jennifer stated she would be sending Kenny " she's really good and she would help you pick up and clean whatever you need as I understand you need help." She also stated we don't normally do it but will for you as you are inquiring about bi-weekly services as well. I was very confident with everything Jennifer told me the maids would do including what deep cleaning covered; that I scheduled bi-weekly in advance to have their service on going. Unfortunately, the day of my service, Jose showed up with a trainee that had never done housekeeping. First of all I was expecting Kenny, as I had taken time with Jennifer days before going through everything I needed done in my house. Jose gave me excuses why she wasn't here to do my service when they could have given me a curtesy call letting me know Kenny wouldn't be available. Then Jose, does a walk through my house says he will only clean around my lotions, other items on counter, bit touching any frames etc, I asked why he said because it will take too long to clean when we need to focus on main appliances and floors. I said first of all my house is not filthy that you would take 4 plus hours cleaning with two of you not to mentioned my new stove was just delivered one hour before Jose and his trainee arrived at my house. Then Jose finished the walk through my house and tells my husband and I that they are on a timer and and time is running out. He looks at his watch to tell me he spend 45 mins already so he started his timer right when he ran my door bell as it sure didn't take 45 mins to do walk through. When my husband told him we already paid a deposit of $180 and now you are requesting another $340 Jose got so upset and said yes it's our time coming to your house I said when you won't even dust off frames etc. No thank you we don't need your service Jose got so upset yelled and me and was extremely rude saying all our calls are recorded I said perfect then you will hear exactly what Jennifer promised Kenny would do to help me with cleaning. When I spoke to his wife Gabby she said I'll get back to you once I hear the conversations you had with Jennifer. When she hear my conversation with Jennifer all she said was Jose and trainee wastes their time going to your place so we won't refund the $180. We had Jay's come out this morning and we are SOOO HAPPY with their work, ethic, ease of scheduling and customer service. Recommended by a friend who have used them a few times and I didn't read reviews. We were here while they were (not sure if that makes a difference). We had them out for deep cleaning (not basic mopping, etc. as we have a weekly lady come for that). Had high top ledges, 8 ceiling fans, windows/screens inside and out all cleaned by 3 great people! They all worked well, went above and beyond some tasks and the windows and screens are sooooo clean (forgot how beautiful our green bushes are)! I know a friend of mine is still waiting for a quote, but for us, they were quick to respond. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a "deep clean" and they were in and out in 2.5 hours! Best thing I ever did for myself is treat myself to a house cleaning with Jays one stop cleaning service! We had just had an epic haboob dust storm and my patio was a wreak and it is sparkling clean ready for my weekend party! They also did my house and it is clean and smells fresh they did a great job couldn't be happier, I highly recommend them! Great service and at a good price! You won't be disappointed using Jays they are very through and respectful of your nick nacks and things no breakage! I read the other reviews and I stand by my review. Communication is key when working with people and learning what can be done in a certain length of time so expectations are reasonable will make your experience a good one. Sometimes the worker just has to jump in and figure it out on site and then make the correct adjustments. But key is good communication. Be advised. I'm extremely disappointed with Gabby, her husband Jose and Rebecca the "housekeeper" and with their services AND they charged my credit card with a fraudulent charge in which they claimed they cleaned all the windows which I did not ask them to do nor are they even remotely clean. When you call, either Gabby the wife/ owner or her husband, Jose will answer the phone then Gabby comes to your home to give you an estimate (plus gets your cc # to "put on file"), Gabby is very convincing and seems that she has your best interest at heart and that they will provide you with excellent service which is absolutely not true and if have a problem, they either don't answer you calls or hang up on you. As far as their "housecleaning" skills, they are very sub par and when I asked for them to come back to redo the "cleaning", she brushed me off like she did the last 2 times and said they'd "take care it the next time" which never seemed to happen. I wonder how she can state that Jose cleaned all the windows when they couldn't clean the bathrooms, dust properly, clean the surfaces, nor the refrigerator?, it's because they didn't do either but want to charge me for services not rendered. IF YOU OWN A VACATION RENTAL PLEASE READ. Only used Jays cleaning company twice. By the second cleaning, their true colors REALLY came out. The owners are very young and unprofessional and have no clue about what they're doing. Yes, the owner Gabby does sell the company and talks a sweet talk in the beginning, just to get your business (and they were the most expensive), but don't let this hell cat fool you. I own several homes of my own and one is a small vacation rental. Everything and I mean everything in the rental is new. I have also used cleaning companies all my life for all my personal homes. Gabby promised that they understood how important it is for rentals to be clean for each and every guest. Yet! Doesn't like to clean. I once asked Gabby what got her started doing this profession and she said, and I quote "I never wanted to do this! I was forced into this because my husband lost his job and it was easy to start a cleaning company". Hmmm This says a lot people. You see where their hearts truly lie...no pride in their work....no passion. Here is where the crap hit the fan. The last guests used each and every dish for a final nights dinner. The kitchen was a hot mess!!! As you can see from my attachment, they have admitted to this. But Gabby accused me...the owner of taking clean dishes out of the cabinets and putting them in the sink!! Huh??? I want them to clean and be done just as fast as they do, so I can get the next people in. Why would I do that?!?! And since I want them to be done quickly, I decided to go to the kitchen first to help out. Not only did the guests overstuffed the washer, they had also put dirty dishes back in the cabinets. Most good cleaning companies check the kitchen first, Gabby did not. So here I am paying them top dollar and I'm cleaning. I removed some of the dirty dishes that was stacked in the dishwasher and started it. Removed the dirty dishes from the cabinets and left them to soak until the 1st load was done. Then I left the house to run errands. When she finally came into the kitchen and saw the dishes in the sink....instead of calling me, mentioning that something was wrong, she flipped out and immediately left! Bounced!!! She never finished the cleaning. She never touched the patio, leaving all the cushions off the furniture and she didn't replenish the toiletries, all very important things especially in a vacation rental. I saw that she had left and asked her if she was finished, she lied and said yes. Text MESSAGES ATTACHED. Instead what Jose and Gabby did was blame me. She ran home complained to her husband. Oh yes!! Total temper tantrum. This is what immature kids do. Her husband Jose then calls me cursing me out! No communication, no explanation. Vacation rental owners know how hard it is to find an honest trustworthy company to take care of our investments. This behavior is unacceptable!! I went back to check on things. I ended up having to clean the patio furniture, fold two loads of laundry and replenish the toiletries myself and they still charged me!!!!! Not to mention, the dishes that were in the sink, guess what she did? Dried them and put them back in the cabinets......di For a one time clean MAYBE, if you're desperate and can't get anyone else. She also told me that they only use watered down Dawn as their cleaning product. If you are even around to see, as I was. They make it MANDATORY that you are not around during the clean or a reason. They are listed on home advisor, house call and a few other places. The bad reviews are a sign. Don't give them the benefit of the doubt like I did. They will just disappoint you. I only went to them because they were the first ones to call back. I guess they only have one time customers, no repeat customers. Also you don't want a company that doesn't want you to point out things they may have missed. Gabby and Jose will curse you out and blame you. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Thank goodness I went right back to my old cleaning company. Cheaper price and they clean with non-toxic products that smell good. I have given Jay's One Stop Cleaning 3 months to clean my condo and had issues with every single cleaning. Trash cans not emptied, did not move anything around on kitchen counters to do a thorough cleaning - crumbs still on the counter. Dirty rag left in guest bathroom, did not clean dining room glass table - finger prints and food spots still on there, came home to un made bed and pillows still on the floor. So, here are a few bullet point issues. I address the overarching issue in closing summary. 1. We have had Consistent complaints from guests at cleanliness of home (dirty dishes in cupboards, shower has hair, dirty floors, dust on sills and baseboards etc. ---Response from owner " it's not our fault its dirty... it's a desert there is DUST, look on AIr BNB the number one complaint is HAIR- that's not our problem... it's your home, your carpets are dirty and your comforters are dirty that's the problem, not us." Ok, so, this is a vacation home this company is contracted to clean. I have given them the OK to clean rugs and dry clean comforters (always paying costs for this). So, they are my eyes and ears there. If something is dirty it just need to be cleaned. But the complaints have not been comforters or rugs. It's the other stuff. Soooo... ? Right? 2. The straw of the camel::: current Complaining guest asked they return to clean dishwasher left dirty and bbq. I'm not sure if is truly dirty or it's a minor issue, so I said, no stress, just go and show face and clean it again. If it's nothing you can charge me. We are arguing now over the BBQ responsibility because even though it's in our initial correspondence to clean weekly, supposedly they've updated policies 3jan19 that they will no longer clean barbecues (?) well. My confusion is that apparently the bbQ is beyond cleaning because for several months it's not been neglected. Which is confusing due to policy change only being 3Jan and My initial expectation was that the barbecue was cleaned weekly, being that this is a vacation home it needs to look like a hotel when the guest checks in. This back and forth RE bbq sent The owner into a tailspin yelling on the phone "your account has been a headache for the last three days so we aren't working for you anymore, why are you begging us to work for you, you have no options we are returning your key and sheets." Me: Huh? I have back to back bookings with you all month for several months, you're going to throw away an account today because there are complaints? Jose: "You aren't even a big account to us. If you are so unhappy why are you BEGGING me to clean for you huh?? Me: ok no one is begging. I'm just trying to understand why you are screaming at me on the phone for a guest complaint? So I read the new policies ... AND 3. They sent new revised policies stating human feces pick up and dog waste pickup is "BIO" remediation. So. That's illegal. Bioremediation is only allowed to be performed by a legal and certified (by CA Dept of Public health and Dept of Toxic Substance control) company. BioWaste has to be legally disposed of (EPA and OSHA) by certified technicians to an approved medical waste facility. I ask about this. Actually, explain it, trying to help out, because maybe they don't know (?) Response "we can no longer trust you because you are threatening me with this and how do I know you aren't going to call OSHA?" I don't have any intention of calling any agency. I was simply trying to help them out from advertising services that could get them in legal hot water. My bad. Lol. I mean... I would have been happy with an apologetic conversation that we just aren't jiving with our rental property expectations of cleanliness. Instead they feel as if the work is too much for them and "a Waste of time" to go fix things guests are complaining about. Heck, I'll drive an hour for even my smallest client if they think we missed something. I believe every happy person refers two and every unhappy person warns twenty. Customer service and integrity in business are values my employees MUST have. I am passionate about helping people and it must SHOW in my work and my company. I look for that in others as well. I mean, look, I get It is frustrating when guests or clients complain. I understand this because I deal with guest complaints on all different levels running vacation properties and rentals, but good customer service is key. It diffuses and resolves many complaints or issues. Even to just go back to the property, show face, and address a minor concern can make a HUGE difference for guest experience. No need for any extreme attitude. I run multiple businesses and customer service is always number one even with my smallest accounts. I have seen a few reviews on here and usually this company is very defensive and aggressive which was my experience on the phone today with the owner becoming increasingly defensive and raising his voice. I am sure there will be multiple responses to this, but I stand by my review. I do not think that they are doing the vacation home service and I do not believe this is a company I would recommend. I would also caution their response, and customer service, as I do think this is going to illicit backlash. I used this company for my vacation rental business for a little over a year. I initially was quite pleased with the service from this company. They were responsive, provided good quality cleaning, communicated things well such as stains left on linens by guests and items that needed replenishing and were timely. In the past several weeks however the quality plummeted. After a supposed deep cleaning, which was costly, I found food stains in several places on the cabinets, rugs that had not been cleaned and other evidence of basic items not being cleaned - items that would be cleaned during a routine turnover, let alone a "deep clean". The next week, after a routine turnover service, their housekeeping had put a king sized comforter inside a queen sized duvet cover, which left the cover looking lumpy and disheveled, and also replaced the king pillows for the king bed with queen pillows inside king pillow covers, all of which made the bed look lumply, clumsy and what I would expect at a 1-star hotel, certainly not the standards I maintain as a premier host. After I decided not to use their service any longer, it took them two weeks to return the linens they had removed to clean. When they returned them, there were stains that had likely been left by a guest on the linens, rendering them unusable, that they no one had informed me of. I would suggest any number of other housekeeping companies before going to this one. I hope they get their act together. read more

I finally get a call from the person who is supposed to clean my windows..he said he would be at least 1.5hours late because he's doing another job in Indio. This place is AWFUL. Do not use them. I hired them to clean my house and I agreed to pay 150 for the cleaning, however the guy who came to clean ended up taking forever and they charged me an extra 100+ dollars. It is not my fault that he is bad at his job and couldn't get the job done within the time frame agreed upon. Furthermore, the quality of the service was terrible - there were still stains all over the floor, the counters were not wiped down, my daughters room was not mopped at all and the bath was still a total mess. Then, when I refused to pay due to the service being so bad, they kept harassing me via text and phone calls for the full payment. They even then started sending me invoices where they wanted my bank account information instead of charging a card - needless to say I was not comfortable giving them my bank account information. Then a month letter, I received a letter from their attorney threteaning to sue me. This is where I decided to write a negative review because of what they have put me through. I reluctantly paid the invoice given the threats of legal action that came in my mailbox after ongoing harassment for payment for SERVICES NOT RENDERED. The cl ladies worked off a check list, but we're more than willing to add to it if there was anything else I needed. And everyone was very friendly, including the office manager. I'll arrange for them to do regular maintenance now! 9/21. I can honestly say I've never seen any signs of "dirt" after a cleaning session from Jay's One Stop staff. They do an excellent job, are thorough and efficient, and have taken living care of our home for months. WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT and I mean absolutely DO NOT work for this company!! They are scammers, liars, and horrible business owners. So much corruption and fraud going on in this company I'm shocked that they even have a business license left! I worked for them for 10 months and was fired for missing 1 day due to them not running payroll correctly. I wanted it handled before I showed up again. I didn't show up 1 day awaiting response so They fired me via email and then tried to claim that I quit on my own terms. They didn't want to give me my final check unless I signed a resignation letter (which is totally illegal being that they fired me and all company equipment was returned). I notified them I was pregnant and they asked me if that's really what I wanted and why right now because to them it was "bad timing". I was injured on the job (split the top of my finger wide open) and they told me to find a bandaid or wrap it in paper towels and get the job done because time is money. Never came to bring me a first aid kit or assist me in finishing the cleaning. I would get stuck at jobs for hours with no help and then lectured if I took too long. You don't get a designated lunch break even though you're "on the clock" you're not paid for Those hours but you're not allowed to go home either. My commission was supposed to be increased multiple times and they kept with the excuses, all employees are on a commission paid basis (28%-30%) but you're not allowed to know what they charge the clients because it's "sensitive information". I requested my w2's and found them not responding to my calls, texts and emails. I was left on read on social media. I finally got a response stating they were sent out and a week later still nothing. I requested them again and I was ignored, but then magically they showed up two days later. Coming from palm desert to desert hot springs... now, I am in a bind because they had me file a w4 when hired so they can take out taxes on our paychecks and they failed to take out any taxes ($22 to federal and $6 to state for 10 months of employment). They paid into social security, Medicare, and disability but no taxes paid on their end as they claim to have! Now I'm trying to request copies of my documents because the IRS needs them and they want to give me the run around about needing an appointment with them and giving an explanation as to why I need MY SIGNED DOCUMENTS. They are horrible people to work for as a current employer and a former. Things are ran out of their house which is never clean (your "appointments" are on their dirty couch in their 10 foot by 8 foot living room). Paychecks are printed from their computer that is "always having problems". They will ignore your calls when there's emergencies on the job. Equipment would break and they would shut their phones off so we couldn't contact them. You'll be given incorrect gate codes without being able to contact the clients to get the correct one and wait hours on stand by for them to call and give it to you. they don't like to replace your equipment if it has problems. My feather duster had 3 feathers for about 4 months before they finally got me a new one because guests in the vacation rentals were complaining. They take your laundry home with them and clean them in laundry mats if you have vacation rentals. They lecture you if you run through product too fast (you must put the date you opened the can of Ajax on it and if you use it up too fast they question you). I've seen them charge customers for things they didn't even do. They will run late, mess up times and blame it on the customers. They have the mentality "we don't need you as a customer there's plenty more people who need houses cleaned" so when customers are upset, they just let them go instead of trying to fix things. Since I've been gone, they've fired people for asking too many questions about their pay and not hired people because they asked too many questions about their hours. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I really wish I read the reviews prior to hiring them. But I was in a hurry, traveling from Orange County to Palm Desert to get a property ready to sell. I asked for a "Move Out Clean". I was given a $360 quote. Upon arrival, the 2 girls that arrived said I was scheduled for a "top to bottom clean", not a Move Out. Got on the phone with the owner and said I ordered a move out. She said that it would be $60 extra. FINE! So now I'm at $420. But I'm desperate at this point. It gets better... as the girls begin to clean, I see that she is just squirting the kitchen counters. I asked if she was going to "clean" the counters and she said "No", we just wipe down. If she's just wiping down everything, then why am I paying $420 for a Move Out CLEAN!! I've had weakly housecleaning clean more thoroughly than that. So, I had to tell them to leave! I was not about to taken advantage of and pay for an inadequate cleaning service. By the way, this is not the first time I've had a Move Out Clean so I do know what it entails and what it should cost. I am now waiting for a new company to arrive to CLEAN not WIPE! Hello I have used Jays One Stop Cleaning for two Years - they have always been punctual, pleasant to talk with . They have undertaken two deep cleans in this period, which included window cleaning, and this provided a good basis for the cleaner to maintain the standard achieved by the deep clean. The cleaner comes once a month, which has worked very well. I have had two cleaners , the first was very good and remained for a year . The second has been with me for over a year, and I find her always pleasant to deal with, careful and very well organized. She listens and translates requests into action, and sees through the projects room by room . She is particularly thorough in the two bathrooms , gets the kitchen spotless and removes bins that need emptying. Her personal demeanor is cheerful with a radiant smile, she is intelligent and takes her work seriously, although she also has a welcome sense of humor. I find her consistently a pleasure to work with and value her contribution to making the home a joy to live in. read more

HORRIBLE customer service and DECEITFUL when communicating the services to be provided. My service was provided by the assigned personnel on TWO occasions then the owners performed PARTIAL cleaning of my home and basically CALLED ME A LIAR when I advised that my services was INCOMPLETE. When I asked for a reduction in my bill (to correspond with NONE of my floors being cleaned), I was told my service was being CANCELLED. Prior to this event, I had obtained the "deep cleaning" at $500 for a 1700 sq. foot home AND had recurring service on two occasions (each time portions of my agreed-upon services were NOT performed). Very disappointed that this company refused to stand by its promises and, rather than making this right, chose to CANCEL MY SERVICES. DO NOT USE!!! read more
