Well air conditioned space & has 2 floors of seating available if you choose to eat here. We ordered off the kiosk & our order was done within minutes, which was impressive since it was super busy... this would not be the case in the US LOL. We ordered a three burger meal, which included three sandwiches of our choice, 25 chicken nuggets, three fries, & three drinks of our choice. For sandwiches, we ordered a McCrispy, a McChicken, & a quarter pounder. We did two normal fries and decided to try their wedge fries. Everything was great for a quick meal, ordering was easy, and did not have trouble finding a table to sit at.

It was unkept, but not for the lack of the employees trying.. it was mostly due to the customers leaving all their trash behind.

I stopped by Taco & Burro Maya for lunch one afternoon, as the relaxed, no-frills atmosphere is exactly what I wanted to enjoy a solo dining experience. The restaurant design is vibrant and colorful, and the laid-back minimalist approach allows diners to focus on the food and flavors. The restaurant has an open terrace with cool metal bistro tables, and an interior dining area features rectangular tables and bench seating. I started with crispy artisan tortilla chips topped with freshly made guacamole. The cool, creamy guacamole was perfectly seasoned with red onion and cilantro. I accompanied it with a glass of Michelada, a traditional Mexican drink made with beer, lime juice, and peppers. I love the way the salt on the rim brings out the spices in the drink. Cool and refreshing, the drink was delicious. Taco & Burro Maya has so many delicious tacos, that it's hard to choose. I settled on Chicken Tinga taco, with tender chicken breast in chipotle sauce, wrapped in a soft shell, along with Cochinita Maya taco, the same soft shell filled with juicy leg of pork macerated in achiote sauce with purple onion. I didn't expect to enjoy such delicious Mexican cuisine in Madrid, but thankfully José has brought Mexico City to Spain.
