Stylists dropped combs and then picked them up and used them on their clients, dirty work stations covered in hair from past clients. I showed pictures and gave verbal directions of what I wanted. I was left with patchy highlights, lines from the foil placement, and an uneven poorly executed haircut (no sections-just handfuls of hair roughly combed then hacked into). After $160 here, I now have to find someone to correct the damage done. She didn't even bother to rinse all of the powdered lightener from my face/ear/side of head.

However, they tried to grossly overcharge us as we were leaving. She calculated it again and gave me the real price which was actually $70 lower.
