The owner, Sunny, also does personal training. I have used personal trainers before, and she is by far the best. Although I've done weight training for years, and thought I was doing it properly, she showed me much safer and more effective ways to weight train, hitting important muscles that I had neglected. She monitors form better than any other trainer that I've used. Her training schedule stays pretty full, but it is worth the wait to get in.

We were greeted immediately by Dan and he answered any questions that we had about getting the boys started, rates, schedules, etc. Ursula and Ruben are incredibly great people that truly care about each member of the BJJ family. Being in the military I was only able to attend bi weekly, which Ursula helped with setting us up with the perfect rate I was comfortable with and started right away. Fast forward two and a half years later, my boys and I enjoy every second training with others who only want to help each other get better and reach their goals. There is no pressure to compete at all, if you're just looking to join a great gym to stay in shape, this is the one! An added benefit is learning a life long defensive skill and confidence!

When I first called to inquire about the schedule, Connie answered and was very helpful and sweet. When I arrived for my lesson John (the owner) was welcoming and went above and beyond helping me get situated, took the time to talk me through the process, and was very encouraging to me and the other rowers throughout the workout. Needless to say, I was very impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The workout itself is great! Talk about a full-body workout. As a wedding photographer these areas are always tight for me. She gave me an amazing and relaxing service and i would definitely return for a longer service next time. Though, i wanted to get a facial as well, there was no one that could help me and apparently no one could get in touch with the esthetician. still waiting to hear back if i will be able to get that service while im in town- i tried on friday and on monday, though the massage was great! i think they have some kinks to work out before offering facial services to guests.... but i would definitely come back for another massage from rebecca!
