Have tried to sort out the issue with there customer service but was advised to get a replacement item I would need to freight it back the $30.00 item to Victoria, initial cost of freight was $20.00 . Last email received - Hey ****, That's all well and good. Send the unit back and we can sort it out. Don't send it back and we can't sort it. Poor attitude wilt never use again !

Contacted Megebuy, have to write an e-mail as you can't talk direct to the complaints team. they just hide behind all sorts of policy, some I'm sure are illegal (must advise them within 14 days, hard form them to do anything from 2 -4 weeks), also you signed to say received them in good order! Who makes a couriers wait while they check everything. Over $200 gone and no sign of even a little help.
