We ran into a situation where there was a miscommunication on our end and we missed an appointment (he still got paid). I was apologetic to Zack for the mishap but he instead lost his temper on me in front of my kid and other patrons. I would not recommend The Sandlot as I have seen Zack loose his temper on others before, he has lost multiple barbers and I can tie it together, he's the common denominator.
