If I could leave no stars I would. Called for a taxi at Noon and I couldn't find a ride from family, Lyft or Uber. I was told it would be 30 minutes. I waited till 1:15 and no taxi. I called to get an update they said it would be another 15 minutes. Did not apologize for the delay or anything. I waited another 30 minutes and gave up. I finally found someone to give me a ride to pick up my car from the shop. Its no wonder Lyft and Uber are so popular. Horrible experience!!! I could have walked to my destination faster. This is the second time that I called for a taxi and no one showed up. I have a ring door bell and I checked the stored videos and the taxi never showed up 6 hours later. what a joke!!!! read more
