I called Jason this past summer with a water heater issue...I could not get the anode out of a water heater.... he arrived quickly and the two of us couldn't get the GD thing out...so he made some calls and got a warranty replacement done on the tank...he went out of the way to help and got there quickly... 5 stars for me. read more

As far as I could see their plumbing job was good, but I had a bad experience. Jason asked my permission to lay a sewer across my property. It was an emergency for another person's apartment building and he (Jason) promised the property (which was mostly lawn) would be fixed up after the job was done. Naturally I said to go ahead, which he did almost immediately. Frost had just come out of the ground so it was very wet and muddy. Unfortunately this was several weeks ago and the property has not been remediated. After a few phone calls and emails I have had no satisfaction. Jason has always been pleasant to speak to but I'm just getting nowhere. His office receptionist on the other hand is downright unpleasant! She pretends it has nothing to do with them, and is a matter between me and the excavation contractor that they had hired, whom I have never even spoken to!! read more
