I asked for help with winterizing my sister's home the day before the big storm came in this week,…read morebut the three male employees up front were too busy chatting with each other behind a counter to assist. One of them motioned me out to lumber. I finally helped myself find what they had that I needed and mentioned to an employee I found in the store that it seemed they couldn't be bothered to assist customers. The employee shared that they were managers and that is how they always acted, spending hours talking with each other. I stopped to tell them how dissatisfied I was with their lack of attention and service. One of them remarked "Have a nice day Ma'am." With that snide comment, I resolved never to shop there again. There is a reason there were only 3 cars in their parking lot and hundreds at Walmart and tractor supply. This store is the worst example of customer service in the area, and a team rolls the way the leaders roll. I will vote with my wallet and drive the 30 miles to Home Depot or Lowes. This is my last time trying to buy local here.
