I saw this somewhere about it being an Amish store but when you think Amish store you think somewhat affordable but their prices are a little extreme. An example of this is a jar of marinated mushrooms was either $10 or $15. A sticker just a basic sticker that's about 2 inches is a dollar , old Christmas candy from 2 1/2 months ago was $6.50 for about something you would get if it wasn't a holiday three dollars at Walmart but since it's Christmas it should've been discounted. About five dollars for a tiny container of maybe 2 ounces of gummy bears. read more

So a couple of weeks ago I went to JB's to try the strawberries they are always advertising. They looked really good. So I went and picked out a pint of berries and 2 heirloom tomatoes of average size. It was $14! Everything there was overpriced. When I commented on this on their Facebook page, they blocked me. read more

Stopped here on a whim on the drive home. It was challenging to find parking, as there were no clear/designated spots and a few trucks blocked the obvious areas. we had to off road in our van which was an adventure. ;-) Once we got inside, it was a small, dark, but awesomely well-stocked space. Great variety of sauces, mixes, jams, honeys, pickles, pastas, nuts, etc. I love spots like this with unique little gift items and sweets. Best assortment of pumpkins I've see in the area, too (albeit pricey...but unique varieties). They also have the corn stalks for fall decor. There are coolers and tables with fresh produce. Amongst all of the produce goodies, there were a bunch of wilted and browning produce. read more

The watermelon I got was so juicy! The cheese was great also but I mainly went there for watermelon

Great little home town market! It has a large variety of fresh vegetables, meats, cheeses and fruits.

This place is a lot of fun. The smoked bacon is like nothing you can get in a typical grocery store. Most of the things they sell are like that. read more

For the past few years I have been passing this place and thinking of stopping by but until last week I just hadn't. A friend from Amish Country was with us and instead of driving by, we stopped in to investigate because the sign read "Amish Market." Let me tell you, DO NOT judge a book by it's cover. The business was apparently damaged by a flood, so don't let the exterior turn you off. Come on in and take a step back in time. Fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, cheeses, candies, nuts and dried fruit candies, canned fruits, salsas, pickled everything, Amish soaps and lotions and I could go on and on. My friend from Amish country was ecstatic when she found her grandmother Troyer's soaps and lotions ... omg!!! It's a mom & pop style operation and your support, I'm certain would be appreciated. It's like a farmer's market under one roof. What are you waiting for? I'll return for sure!! read more

I love this place. They have amazing seasonal produce- best cantaloupe I've ever had. Great strawberries and watermelon, fresh okra, cucumbers, haven't had a thing I don't like. They are seasonal so it's only what is currently available. They also sometimes carry novelty candy, dried beans, and have natural ground grits, cornmeal- can't recommend this place enough. It's a hole in the wall for sure but they have great stuff read more
