Technician wasn't terribly talkative, but did explain concisely what happens when the seal grows a hole. Excellent quality work. Good value for the price charged. The drain for the freezer was clogged and water was leaking onto the bottom about of the door onto my kitchen floor. I called the company and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. They had same day services but I was not available. The technician arrived in the early side of the appointment window, repaired the problem in under an hour, was clean, considerate, honest and efficient. The costs were reasonable.
