I was told to call at 8:30 am if I hadn't heard from the driver with an ETA. I called at 8:30, 8:45, 9:00, & 9:15 and each time no one picked up the phone. If I missed my flight it would have cost my company the business of a very important client. At the last minute I had to scramble to find another cab company to get me to TIA, and there's not a whole lot of options in Wesley Chapel. I found a reputable cab company run by 3 guys that contacted me periodically with their ETA. Yes, it cost me a little more but it was a small price to pay to eliminate the stress and get me to the airport on time. If you need a cab for a low priority errand in Wesley Chapel then you might be able to save a few bucks by using Pasco Cab.
