I originally reached out to buy a particular school bus I saw on the site. I called to ask about it. They were very nice on the phone. Because I hadn't seen this bus in-person but I was interested, I asked if I could put a hold on it before deciding if I was going to pay on layaway. I double checked that the hold was refundable because I still hadn't seen this bus in person. They said it was. I paid a $1000 fee to hold it. I was then sent some paperwork for the layaway. I didn't sign it quite yet because I still hadn't seen the bus in person. Then I got really sick. I started having seizures. There's no way I can take on this bus project and I'm spending all my money on my healthcare. I reached out and said that I was so sorry but that I have gotten really sick, and I can no longer afford the bus purchase and if they can please refund the $1000. They say that I agreed to pay for that bus and that they won't refund me. I tell them that I never signed anything because I got sick. They told me that I can transfer to a new bus if I want, but I can't be refunded. I would have never agreed to a $1000 hold for a bus I had never seen that was non-refundable. My partner even heard me ask. Please do not use this company unless you are positive you are going to buy the bus you are putting a hold on.
