This place was a madhouse yesterday! We had a 4:30 PM appointment and didn't get seen until after…read more5 PM. It was packed with families in the waiting area and there was not much room to move around. In the end we were happy with the end result. They got one great shot of 4 children under the age of 2!!! I wasn't as impressed with the individual shots of the kids...but at that point one of my little ones was hungry and cranky! The employees were great with getting the kids to smile!!!!! Only 3 stars because of the long wait with HUGE crowds otherwise it would have been four stars!!!

Don is amazing at what he does and he truly works with you in achieving what you want for your photos. He did our engagement photos recently and it went really smooth. He made it fun and we felt comfortable taking pictures with him because he made everything go with the flow and it felt very natural! We took pictures at Balboa park and he took us around to different spots so that he could maximize the area and beauty of Balboa Park. It was nice that he wanted us to have a big selection of photos with different background and styles. When we were taking pictures Don made us feel very relaxed. I loved that he made us feel at home and it was enjoyable! He taught us different poses and made it simple as possible. It was such a fun day! Don sent us a lot of engagement photos and they all turned out beautifully!! I was very impressed and I am excited to work with him on videography and photography for our wedding day.
