I used the limo part of their service for part of a Hen's day. The service from the very beginning was less than satisfactory. I had 18 girls, and was struggling to find a limo big enough. Upon calling, I was told I could have a stretch hummer that would fit everyone for $720. I said, great, book it. However, later I got a call saying it wasn't available, but I could get two 10 seat limos for $800. I was surprised and rushed to make a decision, even though this isn't what I wanted. I booked, but then found out that there were many other places that could offer that same thing at a much better price - SO be warned, they do not refund, and definitely don't offer the best price for limo hire.
Then there was happened on the night..... I had booked an hour "tour" from 5:45 - 6:45. We had to be at our next venue by 7pm at the latest. I made sure they knew this from the outset. Part way through the day I got a call, asking if we could push it to 6pm. I agreed, but again emphasised that 6pm was the absolute latest. At 6pm we all piled out onto the street to await the limos. no limos. Numerous calls between me and someone at JC limos, they kept promising they were right there. We were dressed up and hard to miss. At 6:20 they finally arrived. I had also made sure they would be sparkling in the cars. It was one bottle for 10 girls - not enough for everyone to even have 1 drink! We were still dropped off at 7, and never even had the chance for photos with the car. When I called to complain that I paid for 1 hr, and only got 40 min, they did apologise and gave me a $50 refund. However, I only 2/3 of what I paid for, I would have appreciated only paying 2/3 of the bill. Not the case. My advice - if looking for limos, go somewhere else. read more
