Every Thursday throughout the school year, his crew is outside bright and early. Jacob is even courteous enough to have his crew come at a later hour during the summer, because he know's I'm a teacher. I never asked him to change his work schedule for me, but that is just the type of service he has always provided. The crew is friendly, respectful, fast, and professional. They are so thoughtful that they even carefully weed around a pet memorial. I was in tears the first time I saw it. That was something that my past yard men had knocked over and/or ignored. I always receive compliments on my yard and I am quick to recommend Jacob and his crew. There have been times where he has been behind because of different situations, life happens. But I only notice when the crew is there later in the day or early Friday morning. I never have to worry about them showing up. JC3 did an awesome job with my landscaping! They installed a new sprinkler system with a wifi controller, layed new sod and created nice flowerbeds.
