JCM Services (Mario) goes under the auspices of Stanley Steamer Carpet Cleaners for Barnstable County, MA. My mother, who is 84 y.o., had her carpets cleaned & paid by check. Mario, called & harassed mother w/ 3 messages, as well as, spoke with her 2x in a 2 day period. Mother very upset (as you can imagine). Stated he had threatening tone & claimed her check bounced & he wanted cash. Mario said he had an insufficient funds slip he got in mail. I called bank for her & spoke w/ representative. The check was cashed on the day JCM / Mario received it. Additionally, bank is sending proof of cancelled check to her. Mario then called me & we argued on phone. I called Stanley Steamer Corporate offices to file a complaint. Bank then called me back in the evening to state they will prevent access to account by this person & that it was a potential fraud on JCM part to obtain money from her. I called JCM / Mario back argued again this time I was threatening & told him I was reporting him to corporate offices & the police.
