When I met with Ramona to review the proofs, she was delightful! She took her time to explain everything, she listened to my thoughts and and was very warm and considerate. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, even though I couldn't afford the package, I was not made to feel bad. Everything was as advertised and I felt that Ramona really cared about my satisfaction as a customer. I enjoyed working with them all!

Ali is a talented photographer and my salesperson during the photo review section was very sweet and good at her job! They get dinked stars because of the slightly sleazy business model. Like others have mentioned, the pricing doesn't seem worth what they're selling. At time of writing a SINGLE digital image was $450 (because of the copyright). ZERO access to pricing info and package options given before OR during review session, instead their model of selling forces the salesperson to build out "whatever you want" and lots of subtle upselling, ultimately leading you to building a very expensive package that is multiple thousands of dollars and then when you inevitably decline, instead of being able to see all your options they just ask about budget and try to make something else within that range. It feels like this could be optimized but simply asking about budget to begin with OR offering transparent pricing and ALL purchasing options. I'd like to mention that they say their pricing is where it's at due to the enhanced quality of materials since they focus on actually wall art pieces rather than just "framed portrait" or prints etc. so I understand a higher price point but the thing they kept reiterating as the thing that "sets them apart" is their "masterpiece finish" which is a (non-AI apparently ) editing process to make your photos "resemble an oil painting in the style of the 1700s." While that's a cool option many might like, If it's the ONLY thing setting you apart while other studios in the area are offering lower pricing and equally quality art pieces.... I don't know. That style wasn't for me personally so wasn't a major selling point. TLDR: Kind and welcoming staff! Business model could use some tweaking. Ensure you have a hearty wallet if you want the most out of this studio.

In no way was October 25th communicated to families at any point, and this company is washing their hands of us and my son just won't be allowed to be in his senior yearbook. They had appointments available! Now my son will just not have his picture in the yearbook thanks to this company having a weird monopoly on the area. I'd go elsewhere.

Ever thought to yourself "I'd really like the lowest possible quality experience for my child's…read moresenior pictures"? You're in luck because Leonard's delivers! Back in the days when Tarzan was popular, trained chimps were in demand. Nowadays, we have little for them to do but sit in a zoo. Fortunately, Leonard's has put a subset of that population to work and they are producing the kind of photographic results only someone skilled in the art of operating a disposable camera can do! Think your iPhone produces passable portraits? Leonard's begs to differ. Making sure your child look as stately as Sloth from The Goonies is their specialty! And if you're wanting to see the results of those photos in the hopes of mitigating any quality problems before it impacts the school's production timeline, well, you're kind of out of luck. Leonard's has implemented an innovative approach to delaying digital photographic processing to match the speeds of early 20th century photography. So no hope there - but hey, someone has to keep the lone remaining Photomat in the former K-Mart parking lot in West-by-God-Virginia in business! If you're looking for vague, head-scratching communications that lead to endless loops of trying to view your photos that the email says are ready, but are in fact still in "processing", Leonard's has you covered. Who knows? You may have wanted to spend your day sitting on hold with a call center to verify the validity of the messages they're sending you. Leonard's wants to provide that personal touch that harkens back to the confusing times of yore. Lastly, long after you've given up any hope of receiving a quality product, Leonard's aims to please by sending spam emails that don't stop even when you tell them to. That's tenacity! Leonard's Studio; because one star reviews don't write themselves!

Linda was great to work with, and the results were very quick and of excellent quality.

Her…read morephotography immediately caught my eye since I had been looking for someone to take pictures of my daughter. Her photos have a cool vintage/romantic feel to them that I really loved. At that event I entered a drawing for a free portrait session, figuring I would probably take my daughter to Linda either way. And surprise! I was one of the lucky winners. So, that saved me the cost of the session fee. Linda was pretty busy for scheduling since it was close to Easter and spring break, but I was able to get an appointment after school on a weekday within a couple weeks. When I arrived at Linda's studio I didn't see it at first. The address is EE Williamson Rd, but you'll need to make a right onto Shariff Ct. The building on the left when you turn onto Shariff looks like a mechanic, but Linda's studio is actually at the very front of this building, facing EE Williamson. There is some parking along the front fence. The studio is much larger than I expected, especially since it's just one photographer. There is a front waiting room, a room in the center where you view your photos and the studio in the back. There is a restroom where you can change if you need to. For the photo session I brought a few changes of clothes like Linda suggested. She has a large selection of backdrops and props to use as well. The walls are covered in props for baby photos, antique chairs, tubs, baskets, all kinds of things. These are mainly used for baby photos. Linda also had a good selection of clothing, unique things that matched the style of her photos. She suggested a really cute fur-lined coat for my daughter to wear. It was adorable and ended up being one of my favorite pictures. Our photo session went a bit over an hour. Linda took a ton of photos in a variety of poses and outfits. She is really creative and had lots of ideas. She really customized the session to fit my daughter's personality. Linda gave us the option of staying to view the photos the same day or returning for a viewing appointment later. I decided to go back later since I knew my daughter would want me to buy everything. In the meantime Linda posted one of the photos to Facebook, which was really nice. When I went back for the viewing Linda had prepared a slideshow with her favorite photos. We then went through the photos in groups to narrow it down to the ones I wanted to purchase. There were so many beautiful pictures it was really hard to decide. We spent almost an hour reviewing the pictures. In the end I think we settled on 6. I bought a package that gave me digital images and one print each of 4 poses. Linda said she would touch up those pictures some before sending them to print, which was really nice. While waiting for my prints Linda e-mailed and asked if I would like another photo posted to Facebook. I thought that was really nice of her. Fantastic, creative, and fun photos unlike anything you would get from a chain portrait studio. Linda really takes her time with you and takes great pictures. I'd highly recommend her. I'm sure I'll be taking the rest of my family for photos with her in the future.
