They required large upfront payments while repeatedly delaying projects. The sales team also felt overly pushy and focused on getting contracts signed. In my opinion, their business practices raised concerns, and customer support after installation was poor, with costly repairs and slow response times. I regret choosing this company and would not recommend them for a long-term solar investment.

They…read moreunderestimated the time it would take to complete the solar system installation and Tesla Home Battery by over a year, and their customer service has been subpar. Their services' value doesn't match most of their reviews online. Also, we are now paying on a solar loan, which they are supposed to pay per our contract with PEG Energy until the installation is completed. Installation has not been completed, and we are currently paying for an incomplete system. They continue not to return my calls and messages. The contract also includes monitoring, inspections, and cleaning of the installed solar system. However, they have not sent anyone to inspect, maintain, or clean the system in the past year. They have yet to answer and respond to my calls and messages. They keep forwarding me to voicemail. The attached photos show poor craftsmanship in the pergola that their installers installed in my backyard to mount the solar panels. The initial installation failed city inspections on four different occasions. The other attached images show the Tesla Home Battery, which is still not wired into the solar system. Installers: subpar and shoddy craftsmanship Customer Service: empty promises and will ghost you Sales Team: predatory and doesn't tell you the fine details upfront. I would give them less than one star, but Yelp only allows a 1-Star review. I also caution people about dealing with their sales team. Luckily, we did our research beforehand. The tax credit they try to sell potential buyers isn't money in your pocket. It is a tax credit that the federal government applies to your taxes IF you owe at the end of the year and have to use it in five years. This predatory practice is shared among all solar companies. Talk to your CPA and a tax attorney beforehand. Recommendation: Do your homework and work with a company that holds themselves accountable for their contracts.
