So I called Legends Mechanical - the original installer of the unit. Within minutes, the Legends technician pointed out that the condenser was very dirty and the condensation drain was clogged. Both of these items were listed on Perfect Plumbing's invoice as items they did. Clearly they didn't. Stick with a reputable company.
