We rode in the tow truck with Howard to their shop. They allowed us to use their business phone to call the insurance companies and the the rental car company. Marilyn actually drove us 50 miles to get our rental car. They both helped transfer our belongings from our totaled car to Marilyn's car and then Marilyn helped transfer our belongings to the rental. They are good people who treat you right. My husband and I both feel they went above and beyond to help out strangers in need. Should we pass through Pratt again we plan to stop by and say hello.
