The service was good, the supplies were as described, however the company called back and…read morecomplained the plates were a mess. I think that is to be expected from used plates from a dinner party. I said there is not much I could do as people eat at parties. Then, mysteriously they call back in 5 mins and claim a serving dish rack is missing. I know this is not true as my mother and sister packed it all and sent back. I say this is not correct and they say they will keep my deposit, which was over $100 and much more than the cost of that item. I was unfortunately stuck at work for 14+ hours a day for that month and could not verify so they kept my deposit for a cheap pidding serving dish holder. In summary, the items and service was as described, however I will not use this business again as I think they were dishonest on my deposit as the owner was upset about getting dirty dishes back - note, dirty and not damaged.
