A Home Hardware employee provided me the name of Keir Macleod Vinyl Siding as a company to do my…read moresmall gutter job on my home. That was last October (2023). I called them and left a message but no one got back to me. A week later I left another message but still no call back. Then after 2 more weeks I went to their home office in Pownal, spoke to the receptionist and left her a message for the person who is doing the estimates for gutter jobs. She told me that person was the company manager and he was not there at that moment. I never heard back from him or anyone else from that company, and today we're Dec. 21, 2023. So the job has yet to be done. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with their total lack of service.
