After a few rides, I new I needed some help with equipment and knowledge. I drove into Scranton, found Cedar Bike Shop, and with in seconds, I felt like the most important customer in the world. Not only did Trevor, ask for him by name, diagnose my problem just by listening to me, once he began the repair, he showed me exactly he was talking about. I had absolute trust in his advice and opinion. Even when he could have been blunt, he handled my experience level with the poise of a seasoned politician. * Not to get into it in detail, he helped me realize I had some work to do before I could consider myself an intermediate rider. Normally, you can not tell me the sky is blue. I stubborn, and I tend to think I know what is going on even when I do lot stay at a holiday Inn express. I will be a loyal customer and will be happy to spend my money with Trevor and Cedar Bike as long as I can keep my motivation to keep pedaling and getting on my bike.
