We thought perhaps there had been a family emergency and we left messages that were supportive. We have the phone number on the business card and his cell. His voice mail on each number is now full, I have texted him and still no response. We were at the time moving in 10 days! Our concern has turned frustration. Because we were supposed to leave this week, but because of our inability to wait we are going another route! We wish Tom and his family well, if indeed there had been an emergency. This company recently did a job at my property. We did not hire them a tenant who lives there hired…read morethem. They were removing stuff from the 3rd Floor. Instead of carrying items down the stairs they chose to throw bags of trash and small furniture items over the porch which opened up and left trash all over the lawn and walkway. I spoke to the worker who was receiving the throw items over the porch and wanted to make sure that everything that had broken open would be cleaned up. He assured it would be. However this was not the case and myself and my husband spent over an hour cleaning up a mess that we did not create. This was completely unprofessional and a total disrepect of our property. I would never use them and would hope that others would read this review and think twice before hiring them.
