From our first phone call, he was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Unlike many salespeople, John took the time to really understand my preferences and saw that I valued getting the exact car build I wanted over speed of delivery. He patiently and clearly explained the entire factory ordering process and answered all my questions, setting clear expectations to prevent surprises later. A few months later, the car arrived. Pickup day went flawlessly. John warmly greeted us and introduced us to the car. The paperwork was clearly explained and smooth. Another team member presented the warranty options and was also excellent. A third team member, who guided us through the car's technical features, was friendly and thorough. Overall, it was an ideal luxury car buying experience--transparent, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable--completely breaking the car dealership stereotype. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE WITHOUT GETTING YOUR OWN INSPECTION…read more I purchased a 2020 Range Rover Evoque on 9/23/2024 as a pre-owned, pre-certified vehicle with only 23,000 miles. The problems started immediately. The day I drove it off the lot, it had a coolant leak and the warning light kept coming on. The dealership added coolant and eventually replaced a coolant hose. The vehicle was back with them from approximately 9/23 to 10/3/2024. After getting it back, I noticed a large windshield scratch that was not there when I purchased it, and the rear passenger-side tint was coming off. On 10/5/2024, something underneath the vehicle was hanging down and it was leaking again. I also could not get the vehicle inspected because of illegal front window tint and ended up paying $150 out of pocket to get it inspected. The coolant problem did not go away. On 2/19/2025, the vehicle was leaking again. I have texts and service records documenting repeated coolant and oil-related issues. Then on 5/16/2026, the vehicle completely broke down in traffic on Route 3 near MetLife Stadium. I paid for the tow. On 5/20/2026, I paid $449.94 for a diagnostic and was told the engine had seized and needed to be replaced, with an estimate of approximately $25,000. The vehicle had only about 52,000 miles. I had to pay another tow to get the vehicle to Eatontown because the dealership that originally sold it to me would not handle the situation. Eatontown had my vehicle from approximately 5/29/2026 until 8/24/2026, nearly three months. I did not receive a loaner until approximately 6/24/2026. I repeatedly asked what caused the engine to seize. I was eventually told the turbocharger failed and apparently caused the engine seizure, but despite repeatedly asking, I have not received clear diagnostic documentation explaining exactly what failed or how the turbo caused the engine to seize. Goodwill Assistance was eventually pursued, leaving me responsible for approximately $8,000, even after additional discounts. I still owe approximately $18,000 on the vehicle. My biggest concern is how a vehicle sold as pre-owned, pre-certified at 23,000 miles can develop coolant problems immediately after purchase, have repeated coolant/oil issues, and ultimately suffer catastrophic engine failure at only 52,000 miles. I have text messages, service records, diagnostic paperwork and towing receipts documenting my experience. If you are considering buying here, do not rely solely on "pre-owned, pre-certified." Get the certification inspection, complete service history, and an independent inspection in writing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I wish someone had warned me before I bought this vehicle.

They replaced the MAP sensor and that was resolved, but I also paid for "The Works" oil service and inspection. Upon day 2 of wondering if my car would be ready the next day, I called around 4pm and left a message asking for an update. Nobody picked up and I never received a call back. The next morning, I again called to see if my car was finished so I could go to work that day. Theresa was short and seemed perturbed that I had inquired about my vehicle's readiness. After driving away from the service center and straight to work... I received a low tire pressure warning pulling into my work's parking lot. I measured all 4 tires and each one were well under-inflated between 15-20 psi when they should have been 35 psi. Lester Glenn didn't check my tire pressure and I'm not confident my tires were even rotated per "The Works." They had my car for 2 nights! For years I have been taking my car here for service, and I always get the impression they just want to sell you an expensive oil change/ inspection with minimal communication during and after. **Update** A week after paying for "The Works," oil service and inspection, my Ford Escape indicated an "Oil Change Needed" message. Essentially, the service tech didn't reset the Oil Life Monitoring System after the oil change. This is just another example that I've noticed over the years of Lester Glenn's service center over-charging and under-delivering.

When I arrived at the facility it was closed but I had no problem accessing my storage unit. It could not possibly have been any easier to load my items (backed the UHaul right up to a garage, loaded everything onto the provided carts, fit all of my belongings in the elevator in one trip, and easily loaded into the storage room). This place is great! My only concern is that renters can access the facility after hours, so the security of my belongings is dependent on trusting the other renters. If someone else comes in after hours and doesn't properly lock up (doesn't lock the garage, for instance), the security of everyone's belongings is compromised. I wish there was a way to address this because it is a bit concerning (perhaps auto-locking garages that close and lock after a set amount of time?). Aside from that, everything was great!
