Honestly, mixed feelings. They did a really excellent job with renovating my bathroom but the…read morecommunication was terrible. There were details of the bathroom that went awry (e.g. vertical vs horizontal shiplap), pushed back finish dates, multiple no shows and I had to take into account for items that went missing. The pricing was really great after being the best quote and I appreciated Steven going out of his way to help with unprecedented additional costs. But i was a little frustrated because I had a new tenant moving in and was lied to about the finish date (because no one currently lived there) and had a maid come clean the place just for it to get dusty again because the workers didn't finish which I had to find that out through my tenant. Overall, at the time, Steven was going through some hard personal things, but if you don't mind staying on top of the communication and being patient, this might be a good fit if you're looking for good renovation at a decent price.
