An outrageously great experience with these guys... look no where else for brokers…read more.. First; many agents I had met initially, told me that my property would not sell at market price because of the dated condition, but these guys promised that they could get me way more as they would hunt for investors.... they over-delivered and got me way more than anticipated... and get this, they sold my property in 2 days... 2 days!! Second; each time I called or texted them, there was an instant response. They kept me in the loop every step of the way with emails and automated text messages when there were showings... and even offered me insight to comments made by anyone interested in the property. The communication was and is unapparelled. These are "young" and hungry agents dedicated to getting the job done. Lastly, and I could go on and on, they offered a very "fresh" and "unantiquated" service and personality that I very much enjoyed (I live in NYC selling a home in TN), so they knew exactly how to handle my Brooklyn, NY attitude... Each call ended with "...thanks brother!" or started with "Hey pal, what's up..." The best selling experience I have had to date... and to Young Marketing- "thank you for making the experience so effortless.... yoos guys are da best, faggedaboutit!"

When we approached Scott Shaw we already had our sights on a particular house but did not feel…read moretotally comfortable going through the negotiations on our own and relying on the seller's agent to properly represent our interests. As soon as Scott jumped on board we knew we had a friend in our corner. He took over all communications with the seller and helped us get a price on the house that gave us plenty of room to work on updates to our new home. Throughout the entire process, Scott was eager, responsive, and diligent no matter the circumstances. We had an idea of the kind of help we would receive from having an agent represent us but Scott really went above and beyond. We are so grateful for all of his help and so happy with our decision to buy. Thanks, Scott!!

I was a first time home buyer, Sam helped me so much throughout the process. I am happy to say I am…read morenow a first time home owner. Largely because of Sam. I have know Sam for a few years, knowing how he serves the community already. I knew he would be an amazing choice to help me find a house. He listens and was engaged which was great. We were able to see the bar and raise it without getting into the absurd. The process for the first time I though was going to be overwhelming. However, Sam is extremely knowledgeable about the market. He is constantly in contact letting you know when a new listing comes up. He utilizes the current apps and then some to find listings. Negotiating, is another skill he thrives in. Sam will make sure your offer is a solid, looking at the down payment, earnest payment, and the thinking about closing costs. Sam is about building relationships with his clients. Not only because he cares but he also knows that maybe one day they could help someone else. During my inspections things came up but not to worry Sam knew someone to help. Lastly, Sam also takes the time to recognize the every day heroes - Firefighter, EMS, Law Enforcement, Military, Healthcare Professionals & Teachers. Utilizing "Home for Heroes" during the process. Don't give it another thought, Sam is the go to realtor in by book. #SamSoldIt

If you don't have a good Agent on your side, you may be pushed to get into any home. We highly recommend Karen George and will only use her expertise on any and all real estate jobs we have in the future. We had some difficult moments (Buyers remorse aft. spending hours on document signing; almost buying a nice piece of property but w/a hideous view) that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as Karen George did. Karen remained positive and confident through all of the bumps we encountered along the way, and, in turn we stayed positive through the process. She offered her opinion when we asked and helped us to consider things we hadn't thought of. She is professional, polite,, friendly, great about making appts. immed., she always got back to us, and her advice was incredibly useful. She made sure as we moved forward that we were well informed and in agreement with everything taking place. She is a skilled listener and negotiator, with very in-depth knowledge of the local markets, she answered emails, texts and calls promptly; and was always punctual for viewing. We had certain expectations in a home, which at times felt like we were attempting the impossible, but Karen George not only listened to each request, she managed to find us our dream home! Her advice and support through closing was invaluable. Karen has a passion for what she does and I can tell that she loves her job and the services it provides. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. We could not have done it without her! We couldn't have asked for a better Agent & we will refer all our family & friends to her any chance we get!

Yet I got anything but respect. I was looked down upon as if I could not afford that kind of home even being a CASH BUYER! It is complete insanity to me that I can have the cash to buy a home like that and have someone treat me with such disrespect. She spent more time talking about herself than she did the homes she represented. If you have any desire to be treated with respect and give your commission to someone or a group of people who actually care about you and your family then please look else where. One of the more established agencies. I don't want to seem biased so I won't name the agency who treated me like a human being and got me/my family our dream home and instead warn you to stay away from this agency unless you like feeling as if you are 2nd class.

As a first time home buyer and lived out of state. I did not know where to start. But, I had…read morespecific plan of what I wanted. What I wanted to spend. I downloaded the real estate apps, started looking for a mortgage company and search the web to get the ball rolling since my apartment lease was ending in a few months. I have family in the area and informed them of my plan leave the "Sunshine State". They insisted that I use Shannon. They had worked with her five years prior and had a great experience. So, they reached out Shannon and that was the best possible decision in this process. Shannon reached out to me and we chatted for what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. She set up an email that would send me information about home using criteria we discussed. Another issue was that I was unable to visit the homes I was interested in. A ten hour drive or flying every time I was interested in a place. Nope! Not gonna happen. I was going to have to just rely on my realtor. I still continued to use the resources available to me that I had downloaded and bookmarked. Mind you that, the real estate market just started to skyrocket and the hedge-funds were snapping most everything up with cash offers to do a quick flip. We had to work fast to compete in this market. Shannon on my side was good decision for a number of reasons. Shannon knows the area around Knoxville. I am not just taking about the suburbs around Knoxville. Shannon knows eastern Tennessee. When I was interested in a place. She would go to the location. Not just call the other realtor and tell them that I was interested and get the specifics. She would drive an hour to the open house and take a look for me. Pretty impressive that she would spend two hours of drive time to look at a place for me, I thought. Shannon knows about houses. She is not a home inspector. But, she knows what to look for from foundation to roof peak. Her knowledge of potential structural issues and cost that may arise in the future of home ownership was impressive. She would explain, if I was interested, that future repairs could run this or that. I made better decisions with her on my side. She is always looking out for her clients best interest. When we found a potential house, that I did end up buying. She drove an hour to be the first at the open house to have a look. It looked good and the asking price was right at my high end of $190K. By now, I had put in offers on other properties that got snatched up by cash offers, out bid and sellers putting lipstick on a pig to ride the up market. She saw that there was a fair amount of interest in this property during its first hours on the market. I had to move fast. I had all my financial ducks in a row and was ready to make and offer. They were going to take offers for seven days, Monday through Sunday. I had to make a good offer so that I would not lose this one. Shannon's knowledge and experience in creating an offer that was so attractive that the offer was accepted the next day. Whoo Hoo! When it came to the paperwork involved. She spent the time to go over each section, explained and answered any questions I had. Her knowledge of the ins and outs of the contract was impressive. This made me comfortable with anything I had to sign during this process. I do recommend that if you are looking for a home in Eastern Tennessee that you reach out to Shannon. She knows the market, the right people, the real estate legalese and she care about her clients to get them the home that desire.
