Beware of this fraudulent broker I replaced my car with a…read morenew car. I called the agency a week before to notify them that I was replacing my car , gave the exact date I wanted the coverage to end and the new coverage to begin on my new car. I was assured it was taken care of it. I recently found out they have been charging me for a car premium on a car that has been out of my possession for 3 years! I even sent him the receipt for DMV that the plates were surrendered! His response " yes. I see it was a mistake on my end. There's really nothing I can do. " so basically told me he robbed me of 3500!! There's Many things he could do. ENO. ASAP claim. He has been getting commission checks for insuring a vehicle I haven't had in 3 years!!!! He openly admits his company made an error and never cancelled the insurance. But has been collecting the commissions?? DISGUSTING!!!!!!! Now, I have to do all the work to get back MY MONEY!
