I will make the initial contact, but you either want my business or you don't. Guess not this time. No hard feeling and not upset. Just leaving a review. Edit: I am going to bump up to 3. I was reached out to and definitely felt remorse on their end on the mix up. I obviously cannot give them a high rating as I didn't get to work with them and don't know how well they do personally. But from the amount of positive ratings they have received from others they may be worth checking out. My mix up appears to be just a small blip and not of the ordinary.
