I suppose I was fortunate in being close to an outlet mall with lots of options nearby. At least I thought that when I found Luggage Outlet right away. Under normal circumstances this would be an interesting store to explore. There was barely enough room to walk around. The aisles were one-person-at-a-time size. There were luggage options in multiple colors, with and without patterns, hard-sided, soft-sided, duffle and messenger bags, backpacks and computer cases. The bad news is that for the type of bag I wanted, all they had were the same, ho-hum, black bags. B-o-r-i-n-g. The employee working that day was just a doll, helping me look at various styles, finding them in a different color or pattern, and recommending some others. She was so helpful I felt guilty for not buying anything. Nevertheless, after balancing the tragedy of a broken zipper against the price of the bag in the style I wanted, I opted for a basic luggage strap. For anyone needing a fun set of travel bags that will likely last only a season, and only wanting to pay outlet-prices, this is the place. For a specialized bag, go elsewhere.

My only reason for the four stars is because of customer service. I was not given eye contact, greeted, or asked if I needed help even though staff were walking around. At checkout at other retailers, I'm accustomed to being asked if I found everything I was looking for. This was not the case here. Would I recommend this business? Yes, if you're looking specifically for these cute Sanrio products. Maybe the staff were having a long or bad day on my visit.

One suggestion: because it can get extremely hot, it would be great if they added more misters or cooling areas throughout the Springs. You do have to go through a security screening before entering Disney Springs, but it was a smooth process and completely understandable. Just be prepared--it's very easy to spend a few dollars here! Between the Disney merchandise, treats, and unique shops, there are plenty of tempting things to see. Overall, it's a fun place to visit, especially with family, and a great way to enjoy some Disney magic without needing a park ticket. I'm sure some day they will end up charging for this area, but I hope not.
