She let me know it would be a week ((A WEEK)) before she could get back to us "because these things take time"... Um, no, they don't take that much time. I let her know I expected to hear back from her by the end of the day. Later that day I was quoted more that $50 less a month with multiple companies for equal or better coverage. When the agent called back later that day she said that what my inlaws were paying was the lowest amount. My inlaws have signed with another insurance company and will get their refund from Hans Norland.
