She was not potty trained at the time, and other preschools were negative about that. However, the teacher at Hope commented that my daughter wasn't the first to come to her room still wearing pull-ups, and she would work with her on it. When I took my daughter to visit the school, the teacher engaged her and brought her into the group activity. My daughter didnt want to leave! She is now in the Pre-K room and has learned many skills that have made her more than ready for Kindergarten. She is much more confident and outgoing and enjoys learning and going to school. My son was born in June 2008 and started going to the baby room in late August 2008 when he was 8 weeks old. I have been very happy with the care he receives while at Hope. He has the same 2 teachers every day, and has developed appropriate bonds with them. He easily seperates from me when I drop him off, and enjoys playing with the other babies. The director (Debbie) and other office staff are involved with the students and go into each classroom at various times during the day. They know what is going on in each classroom and work with the children and staff to make sure the day runs smoothly for everyone.

But if your kid is the happy-go-lucky popular kid it won't be as bad but still this school does absolutely NOTHING about bullying. They say they do but honestly they can't do squat. I was bullied so badly that I considered suicide and they didn't do shit! Their rule is that if something happens you have to have at least 2 witnesses. But if everyone that sees it hates you and wants bad things to happen to you, then you end up the one having done something bad. I ended up suspended a lot or in ISAP because people said I did things I didn't do. I have a friend that still goes there and is pretty much the same story as me. I was always told stand up for my self and the principals took that as "rattliation". Like REALLY!? What the hell do I do if people are bullying me and the teachers and principals can't do anything about it!? I ended up in an IEP just because they thought i had problems thinking I had ED and ADHD. They thought i couldn't make friends but it was because everyone hated me and they literally laughed in my face when I said that. They forced me into a special class where I had to "learn" how to make friends. I know how to make friends! People just hated me and your making my life worse! When I said "so and so is one of them" they laughed and said " dude that person is so nice I cant IMAGINE them doing that they would never do that!" Really!? Open your fucking eyes because things go on in that hell hole you wouldn't even imagine. I now go to a new school and now I get how messed up that school was and the teachers and principals alike! Sorry for all the words but I hardly got into everything else that happened. If you are a parent reading this, I strongly recommend that you don't send them here. If you are a student, don't go there cuz u will really really regret it. If you are a teacher or principal, BRYAN MIDDLE SCHOOL IS FUCKED UP! FIX IT CUZ I WANTED TO KILL MY SELF AND ALL YOU CARED ABOUT WAS WHAT YOU THOUGHT AND SAW. NOT WHAT I SAW OR EXPERIENCED OR WENT THRU.
