There is another Clinical Laboratory Partners further north on the Silas Dean Highway but they close at 4pm so for those needing a place on their way home from work, this fits the bill.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold and never came back . This is the office of Steven sales in New Britain . Steven sales is an amazing provider ! He is thoughtful and thorough and courteous . Unfortunately I cannot say that about his office and I hope that he hears this so that he can make some changes . The only reason why I didn't change providers is because of Steven sales himself but I was ready to . I understand that I was the one who was late but considering the fact that I did have injuries and I was only 5 to 7 minutes late and I typically sent in the waiting room for 10 or 15 minutes I feel there should have been something that she could have done to help me .

The front desk is mostly pleasant to deal with and the phlebotomists are efficient. No one likes to get blood drawn, that's for sure, but this Labcorp, in my experience, makes it a mostly painless experience - pun intended!

That's a lot being said for a service that sticks a needle into your arm but in all honesty, I have referred many others to this lab and will continue to do so as their service is a "breath of fresh air" compared to the cold and distant personalities of other labs. ....however..... Was not too pleased with Philo on 12/23/2024, 2 PM as she was rushed, "No blood only air," did you drink anything today? "All I'm getting is dehyro patients today". etc. NOT GOOD. Louanne saved the day when she took over and successfully extracted 6 Viles with breathtaking ease. I would have given ya 5 but one variable got in the way. Hopefully the issue has been addressed.
