    I do not even know where to begin. I am so so so pleased with Jeffersons! I had ordered a floral arrangement for my grandmother the day before her birthday. I got a call about 30 min later after I ordered them and was told that they do not deliver that far. I was a little upset because the website let me place the order and being that my grandmothers birthday was the next day, I was a little irritated and panicked that I had to figure something else out last minute. They apologized for the inconvenience and did everything they could to work with me and to try and figure things out! They were so friendly and helpful during the whole process. The flowers are absolutely GORGEOUS! I strongly recommend Jefferson's to anyone. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

    Valentine's arrangement delivered in a cracked vase, leaking water.

    Order flowers for Valentines day. Ordered featherseasonal01 by phone referencing their website page for it. Item was delivered in a ceramic vase that was cracked from the top to about 2 inches down the side on the mold seam from manufacture. When completely filled, the vase leaked from the crack. Jefferson's had the recipient bring the arrangement back to the store and told him they didn't know what had been delivered to him. (Mind you, I sent them pictures of the cracked vase and the item was ordered in reference from their website.) And I could have sent them pictures of the entire arrangement if they had asked me for them. They had my phone number and had me on Facebook chat from where I alerted them to the problem. They simply failed to ask. They also failed to document their own orders - no recipe, no picture, no nothing in-house for them to reference back to. While the recipient was waiting, they replaced the stylish, dimpled vase with an ugly straight sided pot I would expect to see a funeral plant in. He was told they didn't have any more of the nice vases at the store, only in the warehouse. They simply unceremoniously popped his arrangement out of the cracked vase and squished it into a pot it wasn't designed for. The result leaves MUCH to be desired. I'm actually ashamed of how the result looks from the pictures the recipient has sent me. I chatted with Michael Glenn and he reported that he saw the substitution that had been made for the cracked vase and he thought it was acceptable. Apparently has taste level needs a tune-up. When challenged on his taste level and the ugly pot being an acceptable solution, he got huffy and unprofessional. So now the recipient is the proud owner of a modern arrangement (it was a nice enough selection of florals, nothing exceptional but nice) in an ugly funeral vase/orchid pot. Not the experience I expect from a $95 (w/ tax and delivery) order. And not how I would expect a business who supposedly prides itself on excellence to resolve an issue. At this point, I would like for them to completely replace the arrangement with a new one, in the correct vase (or one of similar modern style), without defects, in the correct style, and fulfill the order as it was requested. Or take the flowers back, give me my money back, and I will order something else from a florist who actually embodies excellence.

    Bouquet came out great! Delivery was quick and the communication (emails) were very prompt. I love it, made my life simple and my wife really enjoyed her flowers.

    My daughter is graduating from ECU this weekend. I had used Jefferson's last year for her 21st birthday and the flowers were amazing, so I called and ordered flowers for her graduation. I asked for an arrangement that would cost in total $150. When the flowers arrived, I happened to be at my daughters house and was appalled at what was sent. I immediately called and they did tell me they would pick up the flowers and send new ones. The new ones were an improvement ( anything would be)but just not the same quality as I had seen in the the past.

    i ordered Rays of Sunshine. It was as pretty when it arrived as in the picture. Thank you I was extremely satisfied.

    I want to make a fairly elaborate costume for my grandson for Halloween. There is little in the way…read moreof fabric near me, so we drove the hour and 20 minutes to Greenville. After some phone calls to the fabric stores list on Google, I found that none of the fabric stores carried what I needed and Michael's had zero fabric. Thank goodness for Hobby Lobby! They had EVERYTHING I needed- faux fur, faux leather, denim, faux suede, extra stiff large size interfacing, poly foam, buttons- etc. The sales woman was extremely helpful and friendly, and didn't mind that we had to pull 6 different fabric bolts, only cutting 1/4 yard from all but one of them. The prices were equal or better than online- and I now have 4 1/2 months to sew this behemoth, rather than endlessly looking on line and trying to ascertain whether the material would look the same color in person as on line, was it heavy enough or too heavy, would it be difficult to sew on my machine, etc. The store is clean and organized. The wait for the cash register was less than three minutes. I am thrilled with my purchase, and with Hobby Lobby. Thanks Hobby Lobby

    Good gracious - I went to a Hobby Lobby on a Saturday (regular HL customers know that the busiest…read moreday) during the Christmas season! And on top of that - all Christmas was 50% off! What's wrong with me? Fortunately, it was a good experience. The entire Christmas section was well organized as well as nicely stocked. Although the section was busy with shoppers looking to take advantage of the 50% discount, it was fairly easy to find the items that I wanted for my home. Checkout lines were minimal and the wait was short.
