I always see people going into the store when I am around there and there are quite a few people in the store on weekends which makes it a bit crowded. They've got two floors and you will find more of the smaller screws upstairs. They've got parking at the back which could be quite convenient and a nightmare to get to. There is no parking at the front and be prepared to take a while to get into the car park at the back as traffic in West Norwood can be quite horrific at times.
