He's knowledgeable about the market and easy to work with. He's a low-stress kind of guy, which is great because selling a house is probably one of the most (potentially) stressful things you can do (okay... you can toss marriage and having kids in there... but it's high on the list). I found him easy to communicate with and he was exceedingly helpful when things didn't go as planned. His advice was usually spot on and all aspects of the process (prep, listing, open house, handling offers, negotiating, accepting offer, closing and even move out) went well. He had to work with multiple family members with a broad range of personalities and goals. Selecting a Real Estate agent is a very personal action. It's like dating... people's taste varies. So, my suggestion is don't take my word for it... call him. He'll call you back (which, surprisingly, I've had agents fail to do). Ask him questions... get to know him. Make your own decision.
