I used to go here as a child and stopped going as an adult…read morebecause they didn't take the insurance I have. But I came back here as an adult because all the other dental offices I've been to have been mediocre. I rather pay out of pocket here versus go somewhere that my insurance covers that does terrible work. They are so thorough here and professional. They explain everything they are doing as they do it. I am so happy they accepted me back here. After my cleaning I felt so confident. I will make sure to do my 6 month follow up because I value their opinions and I know they have my best interest at heart! If you want your smile back and top notch dentistry, come here.

Two weeks ago, I was telling a friend that I desperately needed to get cleaning done. Personally,…read moreI hate even the thought of stepping into any dental office for anything. My friend is very particular and picky when it comes to her teeth. She talked so highly about this establishment and insisted that I check them out. So of course I listened. Within the next few days, I called and booked an appointment with Stephanie who was attentive, friendly patient and extremely helpful when it came down to working around my busy schedule. The next day, I came in and was immediately welcomed by Christina whom I think was the office manager. She had a big smile on and was happy to hear about my first time visit. They honored my appointment which has never happened to me at any other dental office before. On my way in, I ran into Steph (who booked my appointment) and she was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. The cleaning itself was went extremely smooth and my teeth came out looking absolutely gorgeous! I am sincerely overjoyed that I have finally found a dental office that I can finally be calm and happy to be at. Just like my friend, I highly recommend this place!

I rarely write reviews, but if I can stop one person from going here I will be happy. I went here…read morefor a while. I got a superficial filling done and during the filling I was experiencing excruciating pain, she gave me an extra shot which didn't help. After my filling, I was in constant pain and couldn't chew on that side of my mouth. I went back to the office twice to try to figure out what has happened. She suggested doing a cap, which was not medically indicated. Once she offered that, I got two other dental opinions and both agreed a cap was not indicated and the filling was improperly done, which had to be re done. This still didn't solve my pain problem, but has significantly improved. On top of this, her bedside manner is atrocious. I have seen her kick three different people out of the room during a routine teeth cleaning because they either passed her the wrong tool or accidentally dropped something. It made an already anxiety ridden experience so much worse. I am in the medical field and train new people and can not imagine treating someone I'm training or let alone a another human like that. I strongly discourage going to her.

Worst dental experience of my life. After an insurance change, we made appointments for our entire…read morefamily for our bi-annual cleaning. Appointments were rescheduled several times by their staff. Office was clean, technology all appeared newer and well maintained. Dental assistant was incredibly rough taking pictures and X-rays of my mouth. Dental assistant kept aggressively questioning me about pain in my mouth (even though I had none), how long ago my last cleaning was and if I have ever had a deep cleaning. I go to the dentist regularly, floss and brush every day and have had a single cavity my life, no braces or other work done. I have never had a negative experience at the dentist until visiting this office. The dental assistant proceeds to tell me that I need to have immediate work done due to a massive cavity and tells me that she doesn't believe I have had regular cleanings. The dentist comes in and proceeds to interrogate me with the same line of questioning, not believing any of my answers. She tells me that I need to have an immediate deep cleaning and root canal. She begins poking around in my mouth at the tooth in question (which is the only tooth in my mouth that has ever had a cavity and has had slight discoloration on it since having the cavity replaced several years ago from the original metal filling). Clearly annoyed that I keep telling her I have no pain, despite her poking in my mouth, she seems disappointed and tells me that if I have no pain then she supposes we don't need to do anything... I warn my husband, as his appointment is several weeks later and he, unlike me, doesn't love going to the dentist. He receives the same rough treatment from the dental assistant's cleaning, photos and X-rays. Eventually the dentist comes in and he is told that he needs a deep cleaning, a mouth guard for grinding his teeth, EIGHT cavities that they need to redo and a root canal. None of these issues that he had just 6 months ago during his last cleaning.
