In addition, several of the t-shirts had the color bleeding through the design. She still charged me full price for the t-shirts. I walked into the office and said I'm sorry I forgot my mask, can I go back to my car? She said no masks needed. Her office is nice but small. I asked if she would wear a mask. I said I had a clean unused mask in my car and asked if she wanted one. She said 'I have masks here but I won't wear one.' Its hard to breathe with them on. I told her in that case I did not want to do business with her. Right now Coronavirus is resurgent in Ohio. I have asthma and was not willing to take the risk of being in a very small office for an extended time. I don't know how she does taxes, but I do know that at least in one way, she does not care for her customers.

They need to poll the parents such as myself that are planning on joining a new league next year. I will be glad to tell them why I am writing bad recommendations for them any place I can. I don't know much about the soccer league but this is the last year GCKA football will be getting my money unless they get rid of Connor! Many of our boys got hurt, one seriously injured. Nothing was done about it. A fight broke out at one of our games, commissioner was called, nothing was done about it. We paid over $200 for this league, our team has all old jerseys while the team the commissioner, Connor, coaches or has an affiliation with got all new Adidas jerseys and pants. Meanwhile all the players pay the same amount. Horrible! Would not recommend to anyone unless you're willing to be talked down to, put on a crappy team because the other teams stack their kids when they can and pay a boat load of money for old equipment.

I'll preface by saying I have been to 3 chiropractors, some doctors and a physical therapist over the course of a few years before finally finding Tree of Life and while all were able to alleviate some discomfort none have been able to help the way Dr Jason has in less than a month. When you make a new pt appointment it's a consult where they do a full assessment and xrays. They don't take insurance so this (like you're whole treatment plan) is out of pocket. However, my insurance reimburses me and tree of life is more than happy to provide me an itemized statement to send to my insurance. The cost for this was less than other places, but again, it seems like more because they're not billing insurance. You then come back another day to go over the xray results, which as an ex neuro nurse with xray experience, were spot on. Everything that was pointed out to me checked out and he gave an in depth explanation as to what was going on with me with the proof of my xray. Answered all questions. Was very easy to understand. He then provided a plan of how many adjustments he recommended to get me back into order and he explained why I would need to be seen so often initially. This not only made sense but was also my experience at other chiropractors. You can't expect your body to hold change if you're going sporadically. When I expressed that I might not be able to get adjusted so frequently there was no awkwardness, just understanding and he then revised my plan to accommodate my requests. I actually ended up doing his initial plan, and I'm truly glad I did. I don't have any headaches, no one has tried to gaslight me about my pain. I'm running around with my kids. The issues I've been dealing with since having my first baby 5 years ago are getting better with every visit. Again, I haven't even been going for a full month and I cant believe how wonderful I feel. At the start of each visit he checks your spine and function to see what might be out of sorts, which is sometimes different, and then adjusts you accordingly. This in itself is a different experience than some other chiropractors. I highly recommend Tree of Life

The communication was poor. it was rare for me to get a phone call from them without constantly leaving voicemails and emails for them to get back to me. not only that, but in my settlement, they forgot to pay out to the ambulance company that took me to the hospital the night of my accident and then told me that there was nothing they could do about it because I had already signed off on the settlement. so instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they stuck me with $1000 ambulance bill. I wouldn't recommend using them to my worst enemy.
