Then they told my son he needed gum care (he's 18) and has never been told that before. Over $500 out of pocket costs. I went for my eval and X-rays, and was told I had a 'surface' cavity. I've never had a cavity in my life and have never had problems with my teeth. Went for my cleaning, the hygienist stabs my gum, of course making me bleed. Didn't even apologize. They take me back for my 'filling', and he tells me he's going to inject one spot in my mouth. I then asked to please explain the procedure as I've never experienced anything like this. He describes how he's going to drill into my tooth, form the filling and file it down. I declined especially after the hygienist being as rough as she was. I will be searching for another office for a second opinion. This was worse than the dentist in the military, that's saying a lot. If they can't find problems with your teeth they will 'create' one to up sell services. I should have done my homework before going there.

It's been two weeks and we have had some questionable complications. We haven't called. I also was able to hear a scheduling conflict take place that apparently happens frequently. Apparently they booked someone or thought they had before us. That person never came in. When they called to check they discovered that, that person appointment was supposed to be a few weeks later. This also happened to my mother however it was reversed and had the wrong times as well. Sorry, I wouldn't reccomend them.

When I go to a medical professional for treatment, I expect to b e given advice -- especially when I'm forced to make an immediate decision. I at least expect some courtesy and empathy. I received neither. The doctor made it seem like I was really bothering him when I asked a follow up question and when he trend to the nurse and said in front of me, "I believe we're done here, time to move on" I took that as a condescending insult. Then, when he wrote out h is analysis, he said I should go to a different practitioner -- not a different specialist -- but a different doctor. I wrote him a letter to express my displeasure but never received a response, which is further indication of h is lack of interest. I'm really wondering what this was all about...
