The biggest problem: she failed to handle the water bill before closing. After closing, she claimed she had told me (which I do not recall) and then tried to charge me more money to fix the issue. I ended up resolving it myself out of pocket. I hired an attorney to prevent problems like this, not create/allow them. Based on my experience -- I cannot recommend The Closing Firm nor Eboni Lucas. Save yourself Money & Aggravation and hire another attorney.
