Agreed to $65/visit and service once a week for my vacation rental. Billed over $1k/mo and guests continuously arrive to green and dirty pools. Many of the issues were caused by tech not willing to rollback leaf cover, improperly closing the pump cover allowing for poor circulation, failure to fill chlorine dispenser. This relationship, in addition to costing thousands of in excess service call expense has also resulted in thousands In reimbursement and embarrassment to my guests. These people are really good at what they do. We had a company that had serviced this pool for a very long time. The people are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have been able to not only tell us more about our pool that the company that serviced it for years, they even found that the pool has features that the listing agent or the company that inspected the pool knew about. They show up on time ready to go and so far it has been a great experience to do business with them. LOL I actually believe we're going to be able to use our spa before August. They have a large service area in South Georgia and we highly recommend them. read more
