DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE! After spending $12,125 I'm…read moreleft with a service department that never returns calls. The installation process seemed pretty good at the time. There were a couple of small and obvious issues that is where my nightmare begins. I thought I was supposed to have four shelves. He only brought three. They are very small when the installer left there was a broken part that holds the door in place. He did not have another one and said I could simply call the service department and they would take care of it. I called the service department several times over the next week. They never returned my call so I spoke with the main number who transferred to someone who said she was not in service but could help me. She said she would need three weeks to get the shelf and set up an appointment for me Two weeks later the lady called to confirm my appointment and said she would have the shelf. I took the day off of work when the technician showed up. He replaced a really small piece but didn't have the shelf. He needed to go back to the warehouse and look for it again. I left multiple messages for service, but no one returns my calls When I was finally able to reach someone, I was told the shelf was never ordered. A very nasty man. They knew nothing about it. Fast-forward a few weeks later the shelf was installed. Six months later a corner grew black bold it was not on the surface. It appeared to come from underneath. I tried to call for weeks. No one returned my calls. Again I called the main number. They sent some sort of inter-office memo someone called and a tech. was scheduled to come out. I took another day off of work towards the end of my appointment window. Someone called to say the would not be making it and rescheduled me. I took another day off of work for my next appointment, he came and said that the silicone had failed and replaced it. It seemed good enough but lo and behold eight months later the in the exact same spot only what he had replaced. I again tried to call the service number for two weeks before asking the main number to send an inter-office memo someone did respond to theinter- memo and called She set me up two days later for an appointment between 2 and 3 PM. No one came. I called at 3:15 transferred to the service number left a message. I called the main number again the gentleman who helped me sent another inter- office that someone was definitely coming. I continue to wait but no one came. I left multiple messages for the service department, but no one ever returned my call again I called the main number. Spoke to the same person. I had spoken to on Friday. He said he remembered me and cannot explain Why no one called or came. I demanded to speak to a supervisor me she would make sure it is taken care of two days someone did actually call me from A new customer service She said she would look into it, but never called me back. I called her again. She seemed confused that no one had returned my call. She then told me that the silicone and many other are only covered for one year despite the lifetime warranty proudly displayed on the website, even though it is the same recurring issue over and over again they want me to pay out-of-pocket while the installation process seemingly went fairly well Except apparently an underlying issue. The service department is a nightmare and the sales department was much like haggling for a new car no 2 people pay the same price.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using All New Tub & Tile…read more Homeowners considering All New Tub & Tile for fiberglass shower or tub repairs should make sure they clearly understand the warranty terms and how potential failures will be handled. I hired the company to repair a crack in a fiberglass shower pan. The quote was provided based only on photos I sent, without the owner or any company representative inspecting the job in person beforehand. On January 25, 2026, before agreeing to the work, I specifically confirmed with the company that the repair would be reinforced and covered by a written lifetime warranty. I also asked whether there could be additional costs if more damage was discovered during the repair so there would be no surprises. Based on those representations, I agreed to move forward and paid for the repair in full. The work was completed on January 28, 2026. Unfortunately, less than one month later, the repaired area cracked again in essentially the same location. On February 23, 2026, I contacted the company about the failure. Instead of repairing the issue under the warranty that had been discussed prior to the work, I was told the repair would only be addressed if I agreed to additional invasive work and additional charges. I made several attempts to resolve the situation and even offered to have any potential underlying issues evaluated separately. However, the company declined to proceed unless I agreed in advance that both the new repair and the original repair would not be covered under warranty. During that conversation the owner stated that we could "go to court." For transparency, I have attached screenshots. After posting a review, the owner sent me a text message demanding that I remove the review by 5:00 PM and stating that I would be sued for $3,000 plus attorney fees if it was not taken down. This review reflects my personal experience with this repair and the warranty discussions that occurred prior to the work being done. I have since had the shower pan repaired by another contractor. During that repair the previous patch was removed and the area was inspected. The contractor who completed that repair was not able to identify a "rotted pan" that had previously been suggested as a possible cause. I am sharing this review simply to document my experience and the timeline of events so that other homeowners can make an informed decision.

The man who answered seemed almost bewildered as to why I was calling. I gave him the name of the person who emailed me and requested to speak to him. He took my number and said that gentleman would call me. Several hours later, the same man I spoke to earlier called me asking why I was requesting a call back. I was confused but just said I am just requesting an estimate. He said and I quote, "well what product will you be using??" I told him I wasn't sure because this is our first time replacing floors. I know I want hardwood but I'm not sure of anything else. I would like someone to come to the house measure the area and give us some information and an estimate. He said, "We have our customers know exactly what product they want before we come out there or else it's just a waste of our time." I thanked him for the call back and hung up. Left a terrible taste in my mouth. I don't know how they do business but I have never experienced a place of business pushing that business away. I guess I will look elsewhere.
